How Do I get The Soonest Appt?
It’s best to go ahead and schedule HERE to become an established patient even if the appointment time available is far out. This is the easiest way for Elizabeth to move your appointment up. You can also join the waitlist once you make an appointment. Feel free to check the online schedule at any time to see if anything has opened up.
How will I know when my APPT IS CONFIRMED?
Once an appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email with an online form to complete so Elizabeth can gather information about you and your child prior to the appointment. You will also receive appointment reminders.
What if i need to cancel?
All cancellations require 24 hours notice to avoid full payment for the appointment. Please contact Elizabeth as soon as you know you need to cancel or move your appointment.
Do you Accept insurance?
Although insurance is not accepted, your receipts will have the information your insurance company may need for possible reimbursement. There are also several agencies that have funds available for this type of treatment for children with specific needs.
What payments do you accept?
HSA/FSA and Credit and Debit cards are accepted. Cash and checks are also accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.
How many treatments Does My Baby Need?
While the needs for every baby vary, you can expect to have at least 3 sessions.
Will CST work for…?
If you feel like something’s wrong, CST may be able to help! Form babies in particular CST can help with fussiness, feeding issues, stiffness, sleep issues, neck tightness & torticollis, lip and tongue ties, constipation, reflux, and much more. If you’re curious about something that is not listed, contact me here!
How Do I Know if this is for my baby?
Is your baby extra fussy, colicky, or just seems uncomfortable? Does your baby possibly have a lip or tongue-tie, reflux, frequent ear infections, or neck tightness? Does your baby have difficulty relaxing, tight-fists, always want to stand or is “stick-like”? Is your baby gassy, over-burping, or has trouble feeding? Do you keep hearing parents talking about the benefits of “bodywork” or “CST” for their babies? If you resonated with even one of the above descriptors, then this is something that will benefit your baby!
Is there anything I can do for my baby While I Wait for My Appt?
Absolutely! First, take some deep breaths! You’re the best advocate for your baby and you’re taking steps to form the support system you need! Good job! Try to lay down and relax with your baby resting against you on their tummy, so you’re facing each other. Take some more deep breaths and continue to do this exercise to help your baby relax on you. Slow down, give yourself a break, rest if you can, and make your appt here.
